Mr Chen\'s 4 Season\'s Rolled Green Oolong
Taiwan    80 deg°C    £7.50
A very fragrant rolled green oolong of the four season's varietal. Very fragrant and delicious for everyday or slightly special occasions. Excellent value and real drinking pleasure.

Pouchong/Bao Zhong: some in stock
    80-85 degrees°C    £0.00
I have some very small quantities of some very good Pouchongs. eMail for details.

Amber Oolong
Taiwan    90°C    £5.25
Also from Nantou County, Amber is a satisfying, charcoal-finished, Tie Guan Yin oolong. It has a slightly smoky 'bitter chocolate' taste that fills the mouth with slight hints of the passion fruit that typifies the varietal. Another excellent digestive that has, because of high-temperature finishing, reduced caffeine.

White Tip Oolong
Taiwan    90°C    £5.75
A dark oolong that gives a rich golden liquor with a dry, orangey, muscatel bouquet. Grown without chemicals from the areas to the south of Taipei, it is an excellent digestive, reminiscent of some quality Darjeelings. Known also as Oriental Beauty.
